We offer free UK mainland delivery on qualifying orders over £199. Certain remote areas may incur an additional delivery charge, which will be confirmed before dispatch.

Our standard delivery service covers the UK mainland. For deliveries outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before ordering and we can confirm whether delivery can be arranged and provide a quotation where possible.

Tracking depends on the delivery service being used. If tracking is available, details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please inspect your furniture as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice any damage, defect or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue, and keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. Our team will review the information and arrange the appropriate solution.

Some orders may arrive in more than one delivery. If you believe something is missing, contact us with your order number and we will check the delivery status for you.
Our furniture is covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with the warranty applicable to the individual product. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper assembly or damage caused by failing to follow the product care instructions. If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order number and photographs or videos of the issue.
We make every effort to represent colours and finishes accurately. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials. Natural materials, wood grains, stone-effect surfaces and textured fabrics may also have variations between individual pieces.
Dimensions are provided on the individual product page. We strongly recommend checking all measurements — including access through doorways, hallways and staircases — before placing your order.

Eligible non-bespoke furniture purchased online can be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an eligible item. The item must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, returned in its original packaging. Made-to-order, personalised or bespoke products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated. For large furniture, we may be able to arrange collection, with any applicable collection charge confirmed beforehand. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.
Damaged or faulty items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos of the issue so our team can assess it and arrange the appropriate resolution.
