Eligible non-made-to-order products are subject to the cancellation and return rights explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.

We make reasonable efforts to represent product colours, textures and finishes accurately. However, the appearance of colours can vary between screens, devices and lighting conditions.

Where colour or texture is particularly important, we recommend ordering a physical fabric sample before placing an order where samples are available.
