A new bed can be an anxious decision and I was a bit apprehensive about buying online and spending a bit more than I have in the past on what I consider to be my 'forever' bed. I had some questions about further customizations I wanted to make, and I received prompt, concise, and friendly responses via WhatsApp that helped me feel confident in the purchase. I was kept informed between purchase and delivery, including receiving an in-progress photo of the construction of the frame. Delivery was well organised and the assembly team of two were friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home and property.
